I came to Dr. Hoke after countless issues with a different clinic across the street and being seen by him was a breath of fresh air! His entire staff is incredibly kind - namely Sabrina who helped resolve an issue in less than 30 minutes over the phone that I had been dealing with unresolved for years at other offices! I was able to schedule an appointment with him same day and the process from getting checked in, to walking out with a prescription was incredibly quick and easy. Don’t let this clinic being (currently) located in a department store fool you - his practice is truly a hidden gem! I will certainly be going to him from here on out. Thanks again!

The staff was pleasant. I showed up a little early and filled out paperwork. In about ten minutes my exam started. Dr. Hoke was professional and calm. Great demeanor. At no time was I uncomfortable. Such an easy and quick process. A very good experience. Thank you Dr. Hoke.

Dr and I worked out my eyes' kinks and now I can see! He was kind and compassionate and my overall treatment between the doctor, the lab, and my contact fittings was so seamless and effortlessly easy! He is also easily half as expensive as my previous doctor, so easy on the wallet, too! I highly recommend him!
