Udating my Review (3 stars to 4). After providing my initial feedback (below), Dr. Morten and the office manager bent over backwards to address my noted concerns/frustrations. They reached out to me on several occasions and it is clear they want to provide top tier service and care to their patients. While I expect the challenges will take time to address, I very much appreciate their efforts to make things right. Gone downhill and needs improvement. My family (5) has been going to Buckey Vision for close to 15 years. Dr. Morton is very knowledgeable and has done a wonderful job over this time. However, recently our experience with Buckeye has taken a sour turn. With Catherine and other long tenured front office staff retiring or leaving, customer service and ability has taken a huge hit. Current staff is not knowledgeable or attentive. Specific example, my son wears contacts and needed to be "seen" in order to get another year's prescription (he wears 30-day contacts). When trying to make an appointment, front office staff could not figure out when to make the appointment to ensure it would be covered by my insurance and be soon enough to get the new contacts - before he ran out of his prior supply. Nonetheless, I set an appointment (letting staff, who didn't seem to understand or care, know the importance of timing and coordination). Here we are, still waiting for the new contacts - well past when my son should have thrown out his last set. My gripe, and the core reason we will likely leave Buckeye is due to front office staff. They just don't seem to really care. Buckeye has lost it's "personal touch" and high-quality service that once made this a great place.

Dr. Morton and team were wonderful with my infant son’s first eye exam. Thank you!

I got a pretty good scratch in my eye and needed someone to take a look and check it out. I saw BuckEye had great reviews and was not disappointed. Dr Morton's office got me in quickly. He was very kind, thorough and you can tell he cares about his patients. His staff was also great.

Dr. Morton is very thorough and made a huge difference in how my prescription was prepared. Staff are amazing and really knowledgeable on lenses and frames. Highly recommend BuckEye Vision, they go above and beyond the rest.

I surprisingly found out I needed glasses last year. They barely prescribed anything so I don’t need to wear them that much, but the staff was committed.
