In and out. Professional and clean. Dr. Patel was nice and informational. Great glass and sunglasses options. Super fashionable and semi affordable but what healthcare is cheap. Stephanie was great and talked me into getting the cutest Mui Mui glasses plus ruby transitions. Past my budget with VSP but worth it. Added on the protection plan for the lenses.
Stephanie provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. She made the entire process smooth and comfortable, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about helping me find what worked best for my needs. It was an amazing visit, I had my prescription, and was looking for a certain kind of frames. The people were so kind and helpful explaining each step of the process. Truly treated me like was the only person in the building. GREAT Job!!
