Dr. Boxer and his staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. This is the best I’ve ever been able to see with contact lenses, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Boxer and his team!

The level of professionalism was Outstanding. From being greeted from the door, courtesy Check in with a smile, and a personalized experience just for me! The front desk, receptionist, Lady, set the tone.. passing the baton to imaging. This gentleman gave detailed descriptions of every action taken, making it very comfortable while providing me knowledge. He then passed the baton to Dr. Udell. Dr. Udell examined both my eyes, reviewed my previous prescription, and provided supporting detail of my previous and current eye conditions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I went in for an eye exam for new glasses, yet she gave me options for contacts. I hadn’t worn contacts Lenses since college due to a bad experience. Because of her, II purchased new glasses, along with Contact lenses. I must say that my visit to Lenscrafters on North Druid Hill was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll definitely be back, and even recommend this location to others. Keep up the good work team!!

Customer service could have been a lot better, eye exam with the the doctor was literally about 3 min, and there was a very small selection of glasses to choose from. Little tip for the staff, for some people who are first time glass wearers (unlike myself) don’t know to ask for their allowance for glasses or contacts so they are picking out glasses that are over their allowance instead of that being given to them after their exam. You would think that when you’re given the tray to pick out the frames that you like that they would give you your allowed allowance and any discounts that may be available instead it seemed as if they “assumed” this. A smile and simple hello goes a long way with customers. Anyways, we won’t be returning.
