Extremely disorganized and poorly run from start to finish. From my very first visit, the experience was frustrating. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. After waiting to see the doctor, he recommended a specific procedure and instructed me to schedule it before I left. When I went to book the appointment, the front desk employee refused to schedule me with the doctor who had just recommended the procedure. She even asked whether I “knew him personally.” I had to explain that the doctor had literally just told both of us that I needed to see him. She reluctantly scheduled me in what seemed like an unusually small appointment slot. At my next visit, I arrived early, was taken to the back, and then sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half before anyone saw me. To make matters worse, they attempted to treat the appointment as another initial consultation instead of the procedure it had been scheduled as, which would have required another office visit and another charge. After explaining the situation to multiple employees who seemed completely unconcerned, the doctor finally performed the procedure. Unfortunately, the procedure itself was disappointing. It was done without any meaningful assessment of the area beforehand, and a significant portion of my eyelid was missed. After paying for multiple appointments, I was then hit with an unexpected bill online. Neither the office nor the billing department could explain what the charge was for—they simply told me I had to pay it. Between the rude staff, excessive wait times, scheduling confusion, poor communication, questionable billing, and disappointing medical care, this was easily the worst healthcare experience I’ve had. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Look elsewhere for your care.

Run for the hills! this is the worst medical office i've ever experienced in my life. its very clear their billing department is unorganized (i was charged for multiple visits incorrectly and still have not heard back from them a year later on the status of an incorrect claim). The minute you walk in the staff is incredibly rude, impatient, and not client friendly. I've never written a bad medical review in my life, but definitely believe it was worth it to warn you about this place!
Very warm and knowledgeable people. Dr Holland very informative. And Gwen was like family, she organized everything for my surgery. Gave me reminder sticky to help with all the upcoming appointments. She was great, I just love her.
I've been seeing Georgia Eye Associates for several years and am sad to say that ended today. I arrived today for my 8am appointment at 7:55, and by 8:35 I had to ask if I was going to be seen anytime soon after they took a walk-in. Without so much as an explanation for why they were running more than 45 minutes behind first thing in the morning, I decided it was time to move on. In addition to this experience, I've had issues with recent contact orders, and was appalled during this last visit at the declining condition of the office. While any time spend with Dr. Kahn has always been lovely, the office has just become too poorly managed to rely on.
Dr. Kahn is great. Very experienced and wonderful personality and didn’t rush at all. He listened carefully to all my concerns and discussed the details with me. Definitely recommend him.
