My family and I had a wonderful experience with Budaful Eye. The staff together with Dr. Chavez are accommodating and friendly. His 2 kids who also work with him are friendly and welcoming. We didn’t wait long. Dr. Chavez explained and answered all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this optical clinic.
Best eye doctor I've ever been to. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr.Chaves is amazing! I've had an eye problem for over 15 years and have been given no explanation on what causes it, I've seen many eye doctors and even went to the ER and was told they don't know what's wrong but Dr.Chaves took the time to look at my eye images and found the issue within minutes. Having a doctor that actually listens to you is amazing and rare. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr. Chavez and the staff at Budaful Eyes are the best. I drive from SE Austin because he's that good. I've been going to him since he was on Airport Blvd. He explains everything clearly without confusing jargon, just real answers. He's also been great at finding contact lenses that work for both my prescription and my budget. Highly recommend for anyone in the Buda area looking for an eye doctor who takes the time to care for patients.
I have finally found my Vision services home! Budaful Eyes has the best customer service and their calls/texts are answered by actual staff in the office, not by an answering service that has to transfer you 12 times to get you to the correct location. They have a good selection of frames - from economic to luxury brands. 10/10 recommend.
We are so happy to have met Dr. Chavez and his team! Our son has developed a wonderful repoire with this doctor and the office staff had made it very convenient to make an appointment and handle insurance claims! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure we are well cared for! I’d recommend Budaful Eyes to everyone!
