The folks at Buda Vision are great. I had run out of my contact lens and they were able to fit me in the next morning and after a recheck noticed I needed some stronger strength contacts. Really enjoyed the visit and quick service.

Over priced for what I got. Doesn't price match or give the type of treatment they used to give especially to loyal patients/customers. The changes made ruined the place. Going somewhere else for my next exam!

Dr. Patel was such a breath of fresh air. She immediately caught what was off with my current contact prescription and even explained why my progressive lenses have been making my neck hurt. She’s efficient and thorough, not rushed, and her friendly energy makes the whole appointment feel easy. I walked out finally understanding what was going on, and feeling genuinely taken care of.

I went in for a basic eye exam and was very pleased with the customer service. All of the staff were incredibly professional, polite and smiling a warm smile. The prices on the glasses are a bit up there but they carry high quality brands and not your walgreens readers types of glasses. Overall, I recommend them for their professionalism, clean and fancy atmosphere, and exceptional transparency throughout the entire exam.

Absolutely horrible customer support and in house CRM system. I paid for my son's contacts, and the receptionist could not send me a receipt. A manual receipt for pick up is the only system they have in place. How hard is it to have a CRM, that can print or have the ability to email the client their receipt. We have to waste gas money, time and work just so you can get a receipt? Let's get a better system in place Buda Vision! and not have "No" as a default answer for such a simple request.
