Dr Erin Jacob and staff always makes me feel very comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing during the exams. Dr Jacob is very pleasant and very knowledgeable, she always takes the time to explain things to me and go over a plan for the future. She is by far the best optometrist I have had since moving to Texas in 2012.
I was disappointed with my experience today. The retinal imaging exam had been optional for me in the past, but today I was told it was required and that I would have to pay a $56 out-of-pocket fee. When I questioned the change, I felt the tone became dismissive and pressuring. I ultimately canceled my appointment because I did not feel comfortable with how the situation was handled. If this is now a required part of the exam, I feel that should have been clearly explained when the appointment was scheduled, rather than when I arrived.
Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and kind, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything clearly. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great service and Dr. Jacob and her staff are awesome!! The eyeglass fitters staff not so much. They were unreliable and made me think of going elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Disorganized and somewhat lazy.
I went in for my yearly eye exam and from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a Welcome and a smile. It made me feel like I was a person not just a customer. The entire staff was so very friendly and super helpful. They explained everything that they were doing in detail and with the state of the art equipment I was more than impressed. Dr. Jacob made me feel like I was a family member. I will be sending all my friends and family to them.
