Can I just say WOW, customer service is the best I have ever experienced at an optical shop and I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years. Selection of designer frames is larger than any optical store in the area. I will be back for more

I got a groupon to visit their shop last year ~ something along the lines of receiving a free eye exam and $200 towards eyeglasses. I mean, it was just a rope-in to get you to come and spend money in their shop since they don't have any glasses that are LESS than $200. I ended up spending about $300... because it's one thing to buy the eye glass frames but you also have to buy the actual glass. Pretty high prices, I would say, but I was already there with the groupon so didn't have much choice. The customer service was pretty solid, the lady takes the time to sit down with you and go through things. Definitely won't be buying any more groupon type deals because it just makes you more annoyed than anything since it's a marketing scheme rather than a saving money deal.

I have worn glasses since I was 5 years old. I am now 26 and this is the best service and most satisfactory visit I have ever had at an eye botique. I highly HIGHLY recommend you give them a visit and see what true sincere costumer service is.

This place should change their name from budget opticals to expensive opticals! they are really expensive compared to americas best...
