I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and it is obvious that they truly care about their patients rather than simply treating every appointment like another transaction. The level of personal attention I received was exceptional. Everything was explained thoroughly and patiently, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer every question I had, and make sure I understood my options. That kind of individualized care is becoming increasingly difficult to find. The selection of frames is also fantastic, though I do hope they carry Prada and rounder shaped frames in the future. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to finding something that actually suited me. They offered honest opinions and guidance while still allowing me to make the final decision, which made the entire experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

I went for my first eye exam in over 5 years, and every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and patient. The lady who took pictures of my eyes and did everything else was patient and explained what each of the three machines did. Next, Dr. Braim took the time to explain his findings and help me understand the medical state of my eyes. The other lady who helped me pick out my glasses focused on both budget and style and helped me choose a pair I felt comfortable wearing. She also explained the charges and why I should pay for certain things, like anti-glare coating, etc. We concluded the visit by explaining how to get contacts if I wanted them, what their procedure is, and that they would contact me when the glasses were ready for pickup. I had my visit on Thursday at 1, and they had them ready the following Tuesday at 1. When I picked them up, it took 5-10 minutes, and they fit perfectly and needed no adjustments. I'm very satisfied with my experience here.

Fantastic! On a Sunday couldn’t get my contact out of my eye. Owner met me in the office after doing errands with his wife. Been going here for 5 years and just started contacts as opposed to glasses and Mike gave me his number and without hesitation meet me in his office! Hands down best place I’ve ever been to. I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a while, and was considering leaving the practice because I live a good distance away from Delmar. However, on my most recent visit, I had Dr. Titterington, who is absolutely excellent!! I was so impressed by his explanations, overall knowledge, and willingness to listen and discuss my prescription. Really, everyone at this office is wonderful, highly recommend, especially if you have a complicated prescription like me. The TLC provided is much appreciated.

Pleasant, professional, competent staff. Dr. Braim gives a thorough exam and explains his findings. You don't feel rushed. You won't be pressured to buy glasses if your prescription hasn't changed.
