Took a month to get an appointment so kinda normal wait. Super clean didn't take to long in the waiting room. They had nice glasses even being the ones the insurance covers not a huge selection but the ones they had were pretty cute. People that worked there was nice. But I'm still waiting on my glasses but it's only been 10 days was told it could take 2 weeks and I have 2 pairs of glasses coming in I don't know if that matters on the time. Overall good experience would recommend

A huge thank you to the staff at Buffalo Optical in Williamsville! We had a unique situation having to get replacement glasses for our elderly aunt who lives in a care facility and was currently in the hospital. Everyone was very kind and able to fill the order quickly. When the glasses arrived someone from the office, actually hand delivered them to our (Aunt) at the facility to make sure they arrived safely. Can’t thank you enough for the extra effort and kindness everyone showed so that my aunt could see better! Very grateful- The family of Maureen Dolata

Meet with Vanessa who helped look for an appointment for eye exam. Brought my glasses to help replace lens and adjust the frame and she helped me with a smile. I will be looking forward to addition services from them and with such a great experience already. Thank you guys!

Wonderful job! I went in to have a yearly check up and the staff and the doctor made sure they explained all the information fully. I had a more serious issue I needed to have sent to a specialist for and the doctor fully explained what is going on and recommended the best specialist and his receptionist took care of making a very speedy appointment for me. The doctor sat with me and shook my hand several times throughout my visit and made sure I understood and didn’t feel alone. I highly recommend Buffalo Optical to everyone!

Stopped in for a quick repair, was greeted immediately and glasses were fixed up like new. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable would highly recommend.
