They almost got a one star rating. Let's begin with saying I needed a new pair of glasses. I made an appointment and didn't take long to see the provider. During the time I was picking out glasses the person that helped me would not listen to me. I kept telling her I didn't want bigger glasses they wont work. Well she kept pushing me and wouldn't let up. Im not sure why this was happening and couldn't believe. The glasses came in 3 weeks later and I went to pick them up. The glasses were to heavy. I complained and said these wont work for me. During that time we were allowed to pick glasses we had one chance. Again that same person pushed towards frames that were big. At this point I was feeling like my concerns were not be cared about. I called the texted day and talked with a manager. Right away I feel that my concerns was going to be addressed. This is way they are getting the star rating. Right away she stopped the second order found the frames in there system and she put in the order back to my insurance. I have not got the glasses yet they should be in soon. But for that person no names mentioned I will let the company handle that part of retraining. Please listen

First time visiting and my experience was very positive. I had a thorough eye exam, my insurance was accepted, I was set up with contacts, ordered new lenses for my frames and left satisfied, in about an hour. Sophia was very helpful, Dr Honeyman was very professional and patient.

I was having trouble finding an eye office that would take my insurance. I called and Sophia looked up my info over the phone confirming my insurance was okay there. Sophia was also great in person when I came to pick out frames and order glasses. She went above and beyond! Thank you for your assistance

Before calling for an appointment I read mixed reviews and being forever an optimist, I thought "Our experience will be better than this." I was wrong. The staff was not personable, or welcoming. The Dr never did introduce himself, he adjusted/hit a faulty monitor in the exam room to get it working correctly. I called the office to get a prescription faxed elsewhere and sat on hold for 30 minutes without hearing even a greeting from the person who picked up the phone to place me on hold over and over again. When I asked why I had been waiting on hold for so long, the answer was that she was unaware of how long I was on hold. Bottom line is, GO ELSEWHERE! Don't waste your time with this office.

Fantastic service and great results! I can't remember why I decided to try Sterling, but I'm so glad I did. They were happy to order lenses for my existing frames (rare!), took great measurements, ordered the lenses, and made them while i waited. Lenses are great. Dr. Honeyman did my eye exam this year, and I was curious to see if he could make my ocular dream come true: single vision computer glasses so I don't have to crane my neck to see through the right part of my progressive bifocals to work.
