I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Optical. Great warm feeling in the office. Zoe and Penny were genuine and brought joy while assisting me. The doctor pays attention to details and has done a great job hiring a staff that cares. I wish I had this eye doctor where I live. I never do reviews but I wanted to make sure people know to come to Buffalo Optical. The guy at the front when you walk in even came over to make sure I was taking care of. Great Service!

Went in today to pick out some frames and the man that assisted me today was very helpful, kind & patient. I wish I would have got his name to leave for the review but I wasn’t thoroughly thinking because I was tight on time…I’m glad I went in today at the time that I did because due to his customer service, I’ll be able to see again soon.

Wanted to thank the team here for fixing my wife’s frame as a walk-in — no appointment, no hassle. A genuinely welcoming gesture for a family new to the city. Looking forward to coming back for new frames for both of us.

Everyone here is so kind & warm. I love coming here for my annual eye exam. The girls at the front helped me pick which frame best suited me. So sweet! ☺️

Buffalo Optical has been my eye care provider for a number of years. Initially I chose them because it is in my neighborhood. There were a couple other options at the time but I wanted a small business because I believe the service and products are better. I stay with Buffalo Optical because it is the best eye care experience you can have. The doctors are caring and the staff is very helpful. You truly do get personalized, genuine care. They make you feel like you're a valued customer. But that's not even the best part of Buffalo Optical. I think the best part is the long history of the business and you can learn about it in the display they have in the front room.
