Terrible customer service I just receive over the phone. Came to pick up glasses for two people and they gave me the wrong one when I told them that it wasn’t right. The problem is the customer service. This could have been avoided if people had manners these days. Also the glasses here are good here though it’s just customer service thats the issue. Plus the guy who I recently talked to hung up in my face when I was saying have a nice day but ok. Have a nice day.

Dr.Honeyman was great with my exam ,he also attended my son for eye exam and glasses, very thorough, detailed and professional, Dr. Zack very nice and helpful same as years ago, Young lady Brittany very friendly and professional , I had a great visit, beautiful selection of frames, I'm very happy with the frames my son and I chose. I recommend, STERLING OPTICAL for all looking for new glasses. thanks again. Miriam & Charles

Came in to order my 8 year a new pair of glasses came was told he was due for a new exam . I was told to bring him back because appointments was available which was convenient for me and it was during back school so that’s a plus and staff was quick and friendly!

last ditch option as I needed an eye exam on the weekend. Dr. Palak Butala is the reason for the only star I can offer this place, she was super helpful. the receptionist is extremely unwelcoming and I very awkwardly overheard another sales associate or doctor (idk) being super impatient with native Spanish speaking customer loud enough for everyone on the sales floor to hear. cute glasses though, I guess? 1/10 would not recommend.

shoutout to the Pearl St Sterling Optical! Came in for an eye exam and the doc was on point. super thorough and professional. But real talk the lady who helped me pick out my glasses, i think her name was Bri she was the truth! Had me crackinup the whole time and made the whole process easy and fun. Sis really went above and beyond to make sure I left with something I loved. I’m definitely comin back and tellin everybody I know to hit them up if they need their eyes checked. They got that real good energy in there.
