Dear Pearle Vision, I have been coming here for at least 15 years, and I wanted to thank you for the outstanding customer service. This is the first time I felt compelled to write a review, even though I've always received good service. First, I appreciated that the store remained organized, with men's glasses on the left, women's on the right, and a few unisex options. The store was clean and smelled pleasant, unlike grandma's basement or a Cracker Barrel. Second, all the staff were extremely polite and provided top-notch customer service. I particularly loved the attention to detail from Dr. Jang. She was nice, soft-spoken, clear, concise, and thoughtful in delivering optometry information. She even recommended reducing my prescription, which is a first for me! I hope she stays; the Mall Area needs honest, professional people with a great sense of calm. Third, the star of the day was the new optician, Jordyn. She was a helpful, smiling "butterfly" with a bright future in customer service. She listened intently and never interrupted or tried to control the visit. If you need new prescription glasses, I highly recommend her. I will definitely recommend Pearle Vision Mall of GA. It has been a community staple, and it seems like someone finally found the right staff who genuinely loves optometry. Love, The Pensioner

Easy to make appointments online and get in on short notice. Dr. Jang is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. Jordyn helped me with picking out glasses and giving me a price breakdown, and we had so much fun chatting and vibing to the playlist! I've been using Pearl for years and never plan to swap.

Tanya was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Very patient, knowledgeable, nice and understanding. I love frames so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. She actually picked my frame for me. I asked if it was okay to FaceTime my daughter in law to see if she liked them and of course Tanya executed a sale!!!!

Jordan and Tanya were amazing! They had so much patience with my children and I. Wonderful and up beat attitudes along with beautiful recommendations with glasses that they felt were accommodating to our faces. Thank you so much ladies this visit was phenomenal!
