Bui Eye Care West

I recently visited this eye doctor's office for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff. They were not only efficient but also incredibly kind and approachable. The technician who conducted my initial exam was friendly and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel at ease. I have already shared my positive experience with others, highlighting the warmth and attentiveness of this practice. The eye doctor demonstrated a genuine concern for my eye health, which is a rare find. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality eye care.

My personal opinion about this place is that they should be more specific when they advertise for walk in and 1 hour service. It should be more specific like we do welcome walk ins and same day appointments when we have time and if our schedule is not fully booked! My daughter woke up with what looks to me like a bad eye infection, our flay eye doctor of 20 years + passed away last year and I have not found a good eye family doctor yet. So looking for some options so she can be seen today and because of their advertising I showed up with my daughter at the west location just to be told no we can’t see her and we don’t have anything until June 4th. We only take walkings when we have time. If you advertise for this in my opinion they should reserve a time for emergencies and walk ins. Waste of my time.

I’ve been a patient for some time. I’ve never had a negative appointment. The staff is absolutely incredible. They always provide information about new advances that can improve my eye health. Dr Bui has always answered all questions about my vision and how to improve my eye issues. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new eye care specialist.

Dr. Bui and his staff were amazing. The front ladies were so nice and helpful, both at walk in and check out. Dr. Bui was knowledgeable and helpful. My son had a sharp pain in his eye and he helped us quickly get to the cause of it. I would highly recommend and will go back ourselves!

Highly recommend this eye doctor. Went in for a routine exam and everyone was very kind and professional. The doctor was very helpful and friendly with the whole process as well as quick but thorough. Was very happy with my appointment and will definitely return in the future.
