Excellent customer service at Specs in the New Market Square in Wichita! I had good sunglasses and a backup pair which both needed relatively minor but involved service, for which I had neither the tools nor the expertise. Dylan jumped right in and tackled both issues and didn't stop until they were repaired on the spot, spending nearly an hour so doing. He had one issue with which he needed some assistance and the manager Gracia came out quickly and cheerfully to show a liitle deeper expertise. I will admit I puposefully went at a time I expected to be less busy for them but had the strong impression the service would be the same or similar, no matter the time or traffic. Good reliable service if and when you need it, at reasonable prices!
