Callie was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! She was so kind and informational and answered all of my questions, will be coming back to her for my next frames!

Callie was very knowledgeable about the products in her store. She was helpful and not push. She aloud me to have time to try on glasses and help me to make the best choice for my needs. I would recommend this store and Callie She is very helpful and polite.

During my train travels California to Wichita, KS both my sun glass and reading glasses lost their tiny hardware and I could not wear either pair. I went to Walmart not expecting anything but hoping for any help I can get. The Optician, Callie Butler was friendly and courteously kind to fix both quickly. I was thankful and willing to pay a service fee but got everything taken care of quickly and for free!

Callie Butler was the best, she helped me get new lenses for my sunglasses. Very courteous and helpful. I will definitely go back to see her.

Very pleased with the service I've received. Lisa, Matt and Preston are very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Lisa and ordered two pair of glasses, one did not work as it should and Lisa showed me another option and placed a new order for me. She took care of the issue with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend the optical department at the 21st & Maize Wal-Mart.
