I should have known that if a business has a Gmail address it wouldn’t be very professional. I had an appointment at 2pm on a Saturday. Arrived at 1:45pm to do paperwork. The intake form was on a piece of laminated paper with a sharpie, that should have been my second clue of the low level of service here. Waited until 3pm and a lady finally came out and said I would need to reschedule. No thank you but thank you for wasting my time on a Saturday that could have been spent doing other things. Did I say I scheduled this appointment a month ago? If you can’t handle the amount of clients at then don’t schedule them. Do not utilize this optometrist. You’ll regret you did.

Do not recommend for progressive contact fittings. While progressive lens are difficult to fit, I lost trust in the provider’s ability to fit me after multiple failed attempts over a 4mo period. I saw a temporary provider (filling in for main provider on maternity leave) who was very good, but overall poor experience and outcome.
Great experience! The optometrist was very kind and educational. I learned a lot during the appointment about my eye health.
Needed some work on a pair of glasses. On a walk in basis they did the work in about ten minutes. I plan to come back with my Rx and get a new pair soon.
I needed help with my eyes and they were able to accommodate me within a day. I was visiting from out of town when my glasses broke. They were able to fit me in contacts to get me by. I was going to wait to purchase glasses when I got home but I found a pair there I really liked. They offered to ship them to my house when they were ready. I am so impressed and thankful I might just wait till I'm back in the area to do my next exam.
