I have been going to Clearview Eye and Laser for several years and so enjoy their convenient location in Burien. The front desk and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Weingeist is my doctor and I feel he is the best. He shows great care and professional treatment for my eye problems. Would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone who asks.

My first time seeing Dr Aaron Weingeist 2026, I had an excellent experience. He is an amicable: articulate, friendly doctor. He called that night after I had my cataract surgery to be sure I was doing well. All the staff at Burien and West Seattle locations are wonderful. I would recommend my friends and relatives to Clearview Eye & Laser. Thank you!

The experience was comfortable. I was given anesthesia and really don't remember much. Im having no issues unlike the problems I had with the first clinic I went to for my first eye. I recommend Clearview for your eye surgeries. They even fixed the problem I had with the other clinic.

Did not want to give a star but I could not publish without that. I had a very disappointing experience during my son's first eye exam. From the moment we arrived, no one was welcoming. None of the staff smiled, greeted us warmly, or introduced themselves, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. My son was understandably nervous since this was his very first eye exam and he had never seen the equipment before. During one of the tests, he moved slightly because he didn't know what to expect. Instead of reassuring him, one of the medical assistants raised their voice at him because the exam was taking longer. It was upsetting to see a child treated that way when he simply needed patience and encouragement. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve with Dr. Marcus Meyer. He did not greet us or introduce himself when he entered the room. My son was sitting on the exam chair with his legs folded, and when it was time to position him, the doctor pulled on my son's leg and physically moved him into position rather than asking him to move or explaining what he needed him to do. As a parent, I was very uncomfortable witnessing this and seriously considered leaving the appointment, but I chose to stay so my son could complete the exam. My son noticed both the medical assistant's frustration and the doctor's demeanor, and it made what should have been a positive first eye exam into a stressful experience. I also found the explanations during the visit to be rushed and not very clear. Children deserve kindness, patience, and reassurance—especially during their first medical experiences. I hope this office will place more emphasis on communication, professionalism, and creating a welcoming environment for pediatric patients and their families. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I’ve been a satisfied patient of Dr. Mulligan for more than 10+ years and I trust him with his knowledge and professionalism. His staff are always professional and courteous. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
