It is relaxing going to appointments. Nice selection of frames. Dr. Mock spends plenty of time with patient. Sam in frames is amazing.
I have been seeing Dr. Mock for years and LOVE BMVA!! Dr. Mock is super thorough and her opticians are so fun (Thanks, Erin!!), taking lots of time to discuss which frames will work best with your prescription, and your face! They have an amazing selection of decently priced frames and do everything to make each customer feel supported through the entire process!
I have been seeing Dr Jay for the better part of 25 years. I have tried seeing optometrists closer to me but they always came up short. I am sensitive to slight vision changes and Dr Jay was the only one to diagnose this. The whole office is full of wonderful people! Thank you Dr Jay!

The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The exam was thorough, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. I have been a patient here for a long time. Each and every visit has been a good experience. Never a problem and the staff is always thorough and friendly. My last visit was with Sam, Malea, and Dr. Howard. But, like all other visits things went well. I highly recommend this office.
