I had an outstanding experience here! The service was completely on time, and both the doctor and staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Even though they are out-of-network for my insurance, they went above and beyond by filing the reimbursement paperwork for me. In the past, I’ve had to do that on my own, and with my busy schedule, it usually gets forgotten. Thanks to their efficiency, I had a reimbursement check from my insurance in my mailbox just 3 weeks later! I can't recommend them enough for making the process so seamless and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back!

First time visiting and I was very impressed with the front office staff and Dr. Bollar. The office is clean and run efficiently. There were lots of patients waiting, but Dr. Bollar takes her time with each patient, without the feeling of being rushed and without an excessive wait time. She was professional yet personable. I highly recommend this optometrist office!
