The staff was nice and efficient. Dr. Cioara was extremely kind. This was my first ever eye exam and I had such a great experience. Definitely coming back!

Incredibly nice staff! Dr. Cioara was super attentive and helpful. She was very patient and supportive while I tried out contacts as a new wearer.

Dr Ciaroa was the most rude and condescending eye doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 10+ offices over my life and have never come across such an unpleasant doctor. It’s evident her poor receptionists were afraid of her and it seems like a toxic work environment. I would recommend any other doctor in Charlottesville other than her. Don’t spend your money here!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Cioara since 2018 and continue to come back. She is very kind and attentive. She sent me to a specialist out of an abundance of caution rather than “glossing” over a possible life altering issue. She remembers me every year I return for an exam and makes me feel very welcome. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day due to sharing the lot with multiple restaurants and stores.

Dr. Cioara is an amazing doctor. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. My prescription for glasses was spot on. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Thank you for an excellent experience. I will definitely return and recommend friends and family.
