You had better have time to spare if you go to this place. They have the opportunity to let you know about this nonsense waiting time of 2 hours or more when you call to book an appointment or at least at the moment you check in, and not just assume that you are going to read a notice on their wall while waiting to be seen by the doctor. They do not care about customer service at all. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 p.m. I left the place at 4:00 p.m., tired of waiting and with other things to do. I never saw the doctor. They don’t care about apologizing or anything. If they do not have the capacity they should consider booking fewer appointments a day.

We are very grateful to California Eye Clinic, Dr. Elisha Garg and her entire team for the outstanding care they provided to my 79-year-old mother during her cataract surgery. From the first consultation through the surgery and follow-up, everyone was kind, professional, patient, and caring. Dr. Garg explained everything clearly, made my mother feel comfortable, and the surgery went smoothly. Her vision has improved, and we truly appreciate the excellent care she received. Thank you, Dr. Garg, and to all the nurses, technicians, and staff for your compassion and dedication. ...and honestly i wish i had gone here sooner. the lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful even when i showed up a little early, they fit me in no problem. ive been wearing glasses for years and the doctor was super thorough taking her time explaining everything which i dint get alot of times at other places. definitely comin back next year for my checkup.

I am not a patient. However, I did think about making an appointment when I dropped my sister in law at her appointment. I left her there, and I went shopping. I think it was about 2 hours before she called me to come back. That took longer then what I expected.

Im so upset with this office the receptionist didn’t want to schedule an eye appointment for my daughter she said to take her to physician because they didn’t have an opening until June…I also went in to pick up my other two children’s glasses the first time the girl wasn’t in, the second time I went she had an emergency and went home early, 3rd time the glasses weren’t in Antioch supposedly they sent them to Walnut Creek and I have a voicemail saying they’re in Antioch . This fourth time I’m not come out without my damn glasses!!!! My children need their glasses for school. Also when I went in for my own glass’s the girl was in the restroom for an hour!!!! I waited an hour!!!
