So they gave me an appointment time then I sat in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes without anyone saying anything. The doctor was fine and answered questions but he seemed rushed and a little distracted the entire time. When I went to pick up my glasses the front desk lady had trouble finding my order in the system which was anoying. then she said it would be another 10 minutes for the final adjustment which turned into 20. The frames themselves are fine though at least so far they havnt broken or anything The whole experience just felt really disorganized for no good reason. I also dont think the measurement for the prescription turned out even becuase things still look a little blurry from the side. probably wont go back honestly

Nice staff but I won't return due to their insistence on playing only christian music. Doing so sends a message that anyone who does not share their beliefs is not welcome at this business.

Dr Louie is such a lovely man. He makes your visit a fun one! And all the staffs are very welcoming too. Definitely recommend this practice to everyone :)
