I had a frustrating experience at this optical clinic. Despite calling multiple times over two weeks about an issue with my father's referral, I received no response. When I visited in person to resolve the matter, the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, citing her break as a reason not to assist. While I understand everyone deserves a break, ignoring calls and being unhelpful for such an extended time is unacceptable, especially for healthcare services. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, our interaction with the doctor during the appointment was upsetting. My father doesn't speak English, so I had to translate for him. The doctor tried multiple lenses, but my father repeatedly mentioned that he couldn't see well with any of them. Instead of patiently assisting us, the doctor became visibly upset and raised his voice, saying that I didn't understand his workload and how many patients like my father he'd seen that day. This behavior felt unkind and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. I hope management takes steps to improve both communication and the patient experience at this clinic.
