Highly professional clinic. The front desk staff to the doctor were all helpful and cheerful, and the exam was thorough, there was no rush. I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy about buying glasses from their display. I liked the display though and got a pair of glasses. They took the time to go through my insurance plan and explain exactly what was covered. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve been going to Canyon Park Vision Clinic for years and have zero complaints. I’ve been seen by both Dr Sharma and Dr Bronstein - both doctors are great, very thorough and the staff are really nice and friendly. The clinic is big, clean and comfortable, easy to get to and at a pretty convenient location with lots of parking. I appreciate them being on time, have never had to wait more than a minute or two after checking in.

Dr Sharma and staff are wonderful! Staff are very welcoming as well as professional. Dr Sharma is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is well kept up on the latest treatments and shares every detail of your care with you.She does a great job of helping you be in charge of your care and helping you explore the options. I feel like I am in great care when I am there.

My first visit and I was really impressed. Allison, Stephanie, and Dr. Bronstein were absolutely wonderful. Thorough, on time, and gave me suggestions with good reasoning. Everyone was thorough while still being efficient and friendly. I don't have my glasses yet, but from a customer standpoint I am looking forward to future visits.

⸻ “I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this clinic. I received a call to pick up my lenses, but my appointment was incorrectly scheduled with Dr. Phillip on a day he was not even in the clinic. I was never informed of this. When I arrived, I was told my lenses had been sent to a different clinic where Dr. Sharma works. This clearly reflects poor coordination and communication. I was then asked to speak with the manager, who gave me multiple options, including going to the other clinic to see Dr. Sharma. I chose this option because I was already late for work, and I was assured that Dr. Sharma would see me. At the Bothell clinic, I was given my lenses and asked to try them on. Unlike standard practice (where patients are monitored for at least 15 minutes with scleral lenses), my fitting was rechecked in about 5 minutes. I clearly told Dr. Sharma that my left lens felt very uncomfortable and did not fit properly. However, my concerns were dismissed. I was told to wait 3 weeks and come back, despite expressing discomfort and pain. After wearing the lenses, my left eye became red, irritated, and painful due to the improper fit. This could have been avoided if my concerns had been taken seriously during the visit. At my follow-up with Dr. Phillip, I learned he was off on the day of my original appointment—something the clinic failed to communicate. When I discussed the situation with the manager, instead of listening and addressing my concerns, he initially tried to defend Dr. Sharma and compare her experience to Dr. Phillip. This was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Patient concerns should not be minimized by comparing providers. If an experienced doctor is too overloaded with patients to properly assess a lens fitting, then I should never have been given the option to see her in the first place. Being busy is not an excuse for compromising patient care—especially when it involves someone’s eyesight. Only after I showed photos of my eye condition. the manager acknowledge that the clinic had “dropped the ball.” This entire experience reflects serious issues with scheduling, communication, accountability, and patient care. I would strongly urge this clinic to improve their processes and ensure that patients are properly informed, heard, and cared for. Eye care is not something that should be handled carelessly.”
