Cape Cod Vision Associates

Unacceptable lack of communication and respect for patients. I am deeply frustrated with Cape Cod Vision Associates. My appointment was canceled twice in a row. The first time, I actually drove all the way there and arrived at the clinic only to find out it was canceled. Later, they claimed they tried to email me, but they had typed my email address incorrectly. However, they had my correct phone number the whole time and didn't bother to call or text me to avoid me making a useless trip. It shows a complete lack of competence, organization, and respect for a patient's time and effort. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I called a day prior in desperate need of contact lenses. Casey was extremely helpful fitting me in for a last minute appointment. Not only that I had a variety of insurance questions. She walked me through the confusion and spent about 30 mins on hold to confirm coverage. Athena walked me through the intake process which was speedy and comfortable. Lastly Paul was great setting me up with payment options and spotted me some trial contacts to get me by. HIGHLY recommend this practice!

My eye exam went extremely well. The whole staff was right on point during the entire process of my exam. I'm very happy I am now a patient for year's to come. Thank you.
