All staff are very friendly and supportive. Dr O’Neill is easy to communicate with, responds clearly to any questions or concerns that I have and fully explains any treatment options as they become relevant. I also appreciate how quickly I receive a response when I use the portal to get in touch with the office for any reason.

I have followed Dr. Matthew Waterbury since he was in Falmouth and now this Mashpee location. He and his staff are always outstanding, thorough, kind and compassionate. Front the front desk Mgr. , his assistant doing eye exams and measurements, and even the eyeglass dept tech helping me to suggest stores for glasses, and of course Dr. W. 👁 🧐. The building is centrally located, clean, has a quiet waiting area, and on time , etc. The community health center offers other medical services including am on site pharmacy.
I haven’t found communication through the patient portal to be very effective. I often receive different answers from different staff members, and questions I ask frequently go unanswered. My doctor was switched without notification, and appointments have been canceled without explanation or follow-up to reschedule. Overall, the experience has felt disorganized and disappointing. Honestly, my pets receive more consistent care at the vet, which is embarrassing for a medical practice.
Community Health Center is a blessing! Being able to be seen quickly is an amazing comfort. Often in the past I have had to wait days to be seen by my primary with Community Health center I can walk in and be seen by a Dr. or Para with in a short time , get needed medication and be on my way, Thank you
I rarely give businesses such low ratings but this one deserves it. The only center where you cannot make a MEDICALLY NECESSARY appointment without completing 11 page document first. This is the policy established by their board. Once you complete the 11-page all about you document and provide information that is not necessarily applicable to the appointment you are seeking, you have to either fax the paperwork (they never received mine because according to the person I spoke to they receive so many faxes), or mail it or deliver in person(this is what I was recommended). And then they give you warning that waiting times are 5-6 MONTHS!!! Don’t waste your time becoming their new patient.
