This place is very good. The office staff are courteous and professional; my physician answers my questions and handles my difficult procedure very well; and the wait times, while often pretty long, are reasonable for the huge number of patients they have to treat every day. If you are reading lots of negative reviews, bear in mind that most of the people getting treatment at this OCB skew towards being much older, relatively affluent snowbirds who are chronically dissatisfied with any service they get. I have observed some truly atrocious behavior by older patients at this practice who lose their minds over the wait for treatment, and frankly I don't know how the office staff stands it with the patience they do.

It’s a calming pleasure to have my eyes examined and treated. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Resnick is superb, in all senses of the word. I have had 60+ years of different doctors, and she is the finest. Thank you, Dr. Resnick.

They are always professional and friendly. Always on time. You get called to the back within 5 minutes of check-in.

This office staff was pleasant and courteous however everyone is robotic, obviously going thru the motions of saying the same thing to patients every day. The waiting area is outdated and dirty, with worn furniture and carpeting as well as several light fixtures not working and some with missing covers and about to fall from the ceiling. The main waiting room is not will lit. The after-prep waiting area is extremely small, there wasn't enough room for all the patients to sit for an hour before seeing the actual doctor. The doctor was pleasant and thorough and answered all my questions however our time together was very short. When I first arrived at the clinic the receptionist never looked up from her computer, I had to interrupt her so I could check in for my visit, I waited a couple of minutes before interrupting her. Currently there is a high circulation of the flu in Mass and none of the staff wore mask and none of the patients were asked to do the same. On the positive side the clinic is a ground level facility with easy access for handicap and elderly. Location is easy to find.

Dr. Wooler, Karen, and staff are thorough, caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate their excellent care and recommend OCB highly!
