I have been seeing Dr Treece for years! It's rare to find a doctor that is good at their job and has the best bed side manner. Jason, her side kick, is amazing too! They are both very knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable! I look forward to my appointments! Everyone that works there is exceptional! Great office, great staff!
The Dr was communicative and explained things well. Four stars is due to the condition of the office. Everything was very cluttered. The front office looked very much like the break room with lots of food, purses, toys, and stacks of papers. I’m including a photo of a sign, one of many, that made me wonder “do they have sketchy clientele?” “ is my car safe in the parking lot?” I felt somewhat threatened and found it very off putting .All the employees were dressed so casually; this coupled with the clutter it seemed unprofessional. I still give it four stars because the care was good and the employees were friendly and competent. It’s more just a visual overall that gave me pause. I will go back.
I had a great experience at Cape Fear Eye Institute! I called with a concern about one of my eyes, and they were concerned enough to get me in promptly.The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and got me checked in quickly.The technician who did my initial exams was thorough and friendly, which put me at ease. The doctor was also incredibly detailed and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my eye. Highly recommend this professional and caring team!
We absolutely love Dr. Treece and the Cape Fear Eye Institute! Dr. Treece and her staff are always so patient, kind, and welcoming with our preteen son. They take the time to perform thorough eye exams while also making him feel comfortable by talking with him about his favorite interests, whether it's Marvel, Halloween, or whatever he's excited about that day. Dr. Treece is knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to answer our questions, putting my mind completely at ease. We truly appreciate the exceptional care our son receives and would highly recommend Dr. Treece and the Cape Fear Eye Institute to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
They were wonderful with our son Spencer! All of the staff were kind, patient, and professional, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for him. A special shout out to Dr. Klingler for the excellent care. We’re very grateful, thank you all!
