Dr was great but office personnel could use some more training on customer service. Arrived early for appointment and wasn't aware that there would be a fee to use a card (didn't bring cash). Why wasn't I told this before my appointment when it was scheduled? Called my insurance to make sure my appointment was covered at 100% before I made the appointment which my insurance stated it was. Had to pay over $200 before seeing the Dr. Was aware I had to pay around $30ish for a specific photo that was included in the $200ish that was paid along with a CC fee. Received a bill for the same photo service that was already paid a month later. Called billing department and spoke to couple different people but they were incompetent to understand my situation and hung up on me. I wasn't rude and was trying to resolve my bill. Office have my insurance information and should have checked it thoroughly to see what's covered and what's not and let me know at my appointment. Typically office and insurance agree to a contracted rate. Office gets paid contracted rate and shouldn't go after a patient for the difference.
