Dr. Cardellino is the best. We have been seeing Dr. Cardellino for eye care for over 10 years. Staff is always very nice and our kids love her! Would highly recommend her.
Would not take Highmark or UPMC insurance. Would not take a cash paying customer. The receptionist hung up on me. Funny they sponsored my daughter's softball team. Dr. Cardellino's husband proceeded to harass me on social media. He's a real class act. Very unprofessional.

She took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my son's eye exam, as well as my own, and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. Had to wait 5 months to get an appointment as a new customer… I have 3 children and was running 5-10mins late.. called to tell them to tell them… and they made me reschedule…. I understand running a tight ship… but really? You’re that tight you can’t accommodate 10mins for a family of 5 new clients…. Very arrogant!! If you don’t want my money I can spend it elsewhere…. Needless to say my family and I will be choosing a new eyecare service! Would suggest doing the same if you have a normal life.
