Visionworks

Ive been going here for years but recently i receives my lense way too thick and i pay a lot for the high index to make them not as thick. I had them sent back to see if it was a manufacture mistake but it wasnt. I sent my same prescription to a different eye dr and got the same high index and my lense came back thin as they should. I can see the same out of the visionworks lense and the other place i went to. So why was visionworks lense so thick? They told me to get a smaller frame.. so i purchase a smaller frame and it came back worse than they turned around and told me no it shouldve been a larger frame. The frame i got at the other optometrist was the same size as the visionworks frame. They did not make this situation right i spent over 200 dollars on frames and lenses that i wont wear because of how thick the lense is. I will no longer be going here for my vision needs. The photos below are visionsworks thick frame compared to the same prescription lense from elsewhere. What an insane difference.

Everything was smoothly from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and the person doing the pre-testing before the exam explained what she was doing and what it was for. Dr. Labuda was great and explained everything and let me decide what options I wanted to pursue for my vision. She answered all my questions too.

Excellent.being a new patient because of my insurance change, I was hesitant of seeing a new eye doctor. As soon as we entered the office Tracey welcomed us and took care of signing me in. Than Tara came and took me to do my pre screening. They both could not have been nicer. I was then taken to exam room. Because of my cornea transplant I am always stand off ish about someone getting close to my eye. When Dr Labuda came in within 5 minutes I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my concerns and did my exam. I was very comfortable having her care. My glasses came in as promised and they are great. Thank you all. If anyone is looking for eye care please give visionworks a try. You won't regret it. 😃👍

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient, and the entire process felt smooth and well organized. I had no wait time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire visit. Overall, everything was great from beginning to end. I highly recommend this office.

Visionworks made it easy to schedule for a time that worked for me. Dr. Labuda is very knowledgeable and very attentive. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 10/10!
