Carla Castañer gave me the tour, and she was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The place just felt good, very warm and inviting. I saw seniors upstairs playing dominoes and others sitting together having lunch, which I loved seeing. What really stood out to me is that they have so much available right there, including dental and vision, so patients don’t have to go all over the place. Everything feels very convenient and well thought out. I also referred a friend there, and she too was so happy with the care she received. She felt comfortable and had nothing but good things to say. Super Happy!

I try not to give bad reviews to businesses because I know the impact it has on businesses. But, I cannot let this one go. I made an appointment for a check up at this office and 2 days ago I received an email about my upcoming appointment and to review my portal. I come in to the appointment 40 minutes before and they tell me they have been calling me to try to reschedule. I have no missed calls, no texts and no voicemails that were left. I was offered an appointment for a different day but that they could not see me and honor my appointment. Very unprofessional. They will not see me there again.

This place is beyond unprofessional and borderline line negligent. More harm is being done to my mother than helping her. Everytime she needs a referral for routine checkups (cardiology and orthopedic, etc) its a major hassle. My mother gets a run around that lasts weeks at a time. Her blood pressure raises and I ultimately have to take time off work to come in. Even so it doesnt get resolved. Currently, we are getting an unacceptable responses or lack of for a referral to get her 6 month checkup with her cardiologist. They have lied to us and said the cardiologist is not in the network. They insist on us going to their cardiologist which is unethical. Our cardiologist confirmed that he is still in network. We have had him since 2022 and do not plan on changing. Yet this place refuses to give us a referral with his name. I keep getting voicemails and when I go in person nothing gets resolved. Im told to call the next day. The lies are unacceptable. Im still waiting for a resolution too...I absolutely hate this place. My mother goes here simply for the access to the recreation center but unfortunately I will be removing her.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My mother has received nothing but the run around when it comes to obtaining a referral. The provider advised her to come in to pick it up in 15 days we came in on Monday and was advised referral was never done. I asked for an appointment for us to obtain the referral. Upon the appointment the provider comes in saying she is here to review labs. The labs she was trying to review had already been reviewed last visit and apparently she had no idea about any referral. Are you the doctor? Don’t you treat this patient? Then you turn to the patient and ask her who gave her the injection last time she was here?? Shouldn’t this type of stuff be documented when administered. I do not recommend this office to ANYONE!!! My mother had to call her insurance herself to initiate the process of her referral. I’m sorry but this office is extremely incompetent and no one is on the same page. Front desk advises you of nothing and the provider something different. Don’t waste your time!!!!! We did ask to obtain a copy of records and we were advised to fill out a paper when I asked turn around time we were advised she didn’t know.

I had no problem with the doctor's care (Dr Yaliz and Dr Ruiz). My big problem and the reason why I had to leave and go else where, was 'REFERRALS '. I waited for a whole month for a referral to be sent to my Dermatologist. I was calling 3 times a week, plus I spoke to Dr Ruiz about it and she assured me that it would be done. My Dermatologist had to cancel 3 appointments because this office wouldn't send the 'darn' referral. I hear other people complain about the same issues from this clinic. Prior to yr. 2026 my insurance did not require a referral, so come 2026, it has been a nightmare!! Whoever is in charge of sending referrals is not doing their job right. Even after my insurance calling this clinic themselves, STILL NO REFERRAL. I went to another doctor to keep my sanity and be stress free...People that need a referral, stay away from this clinic! Ps. I wish I had not wasted my time for a whole month!
