Terrible! If I could give it negative stars I would. To be told by the doctor they don't know what's wrong and that's their answer is negligent. Charging under my medical insurance (not eye insurance) when obviously they are not a qualified doctor is unacceptable. To not even consult with the other doctor in the practice is unacceptable. Not even a referral to someone qualified to get to the bottom of the problem, so much for being a patient of theirs. To top it off seen in the office locally and script sent to a pharmacy in Michigan when needed immediately. Incompetence on all levels. They just lost 3 patients but my guess is they obviously don't care!

I found Dr. Nelson to be extremely helpful. He was great at building rapport and wanted to get to know me. I enjoyed my appt and will be a returning patient when the time comes for another clinic visit.

The staff and Doctors are great!! I moved and went to another eye doctor for a few years, and was so happy to return back to Carolina Vision! Dr. Younger takes her time while doing my exam and asked me if I have any concerns!! I recommend them !!!

First time there. First time someone really truly listened to what I have an issue with. They made sure it was noted and everyone was helpful. Very patient with me. Time for glasses and I have to say I absolutely LOVE my glasses for a change and I usually hate glasses. So light. And feels like my prescription is the way it should be. Highly recommend

Couldn't ask for a better staff and Dr. They go above and beyond to be nice and help you in anyway they can. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I both go there and we will always go there. Dr is very professional and just the sweetest woman.
