Ms.Pat and Ms.Linda was amazing! Ms.Pat helped me get my glasses way cheaper then I'm used to and my contacts were all but free. When I came to pick them up, Ms.Linda was so kind in helping me get all my stuff and made sure I was happy with them. Check this place out if you're used to higher prices! You're going to be pleasantly surprised!!

Great experience today with Dr. Carpenter. First though, the assistant asked me what I was looking for today, long story short, contacts for the first time ever! The assistant was very good at showing me how to put the contact in, so easy! Dr. Carpenter did a thorough exam and I can wear one contact and throw my glasses in the bedside table drawer! Thank you!

Very happy with the customer service. Phillip helped me decide on my glasses and worked up a few different quotes for me to include additional frames. I've gotten glasses here 3 times and have always been impressed with timeliness and customer service.

I have been using this clinic for a few years now and I have no complaints. Everyone is nice and helps you when you need it. They don’t try to get to to pay for unnecessary add on for glasses if you don’t want them. I also like that if the glasses seem off or don’t fit well they will work with you to fix the issues. Great place. I’m hoping to take my kids here as well.

I called to make an appointment to get glasses and to see if the doctor could get me in earlier because I have a white bump on the brown of my eyeball and the last time I had this experience I had a ulcer in my eye and all I wanted to know was do they perform medical eye exams or not. The receptionist laughed and said well we don't do surgeries here. I'm worried about my eyes and she thinks it's funny. I know they don't do surgeries at WALMART I'm not stupid. Hopefully she doesn't think I'm gonna keep this appointment. I really wanted to be disrespectful like she was but I just said bye and hung up. I will never refer or go there
