Carolinas Center For Sight

From the moment I arrived at Carolina’s Center for Sight in Florence, my entire experience there was exceptional. The office was clean and there was no wait time. The front desk staff, the wonderful ladies in the back who do a mini eye exam and dilate your eyes before you see the doctor, Dr. McPhail, and the checkout staff were the outstanding. They work together so well and you could tell that they love what that do. My exam was more thorough than any exam I’ve had in the past. Dr. McPhail was very professional and kind, explained everything to me, and took his time and made the exam super easy for me in areas where I’ve always had trouble in the past. Dr. McPhail and his staff care about their patients and it absolutely shows. At checkout I was shown exactly how much I would owe for a particular pair of glasses after my insurance paid its part and no one tried to push expensive frames on me. They were actually trying to save me money. So, if you are looking for a phenomenal optometrist and an equally superb staff, I highly recommend Carolinas Center for Sight! You won’t regret it!

Had cataract surgery a few years ago. This visit was my husband's surgery. We are both very pleased with the care we received and the results. Wonderful staff and highly recommend Dr. Seltzer.

Very professional & good at what the do. I've tried many eye places. Trust me when I say if you value your eyes use these DR's & no one else. I've tried Stanton's. What a joke. I'll be writing a review soon. Not only are they a rip off I can't even see my TV now or read small print. I've tried Walmart & a few others. Save your money. Go here to get them done right the first time. Very professional, kind & you'll love it here. I have to say an older gentleman walk in an hour late for his appt. He had to walk as he could not find a ride. He was 93 yrs old. I was gonna ask him to wait until I was done & offer him a ride home. The receptionist looked up his address. He walked over a mile. She said wait here. They were fully booked already but she came out & said she had to reschedule him. But she said I got you a ride home. Not sure who she used but my heart was full & I'm sure his was also. There are still nice people left on this earth. She said call if you don't have a ride for your appt & we'll get you a ride. As I mentioned very professional and good hearted people.

I’m a disabled veteran and I was outsourced to the Center by the V. A. and I chose Dr. Wallace initially because I have divine intervention in my life and She was just as I thought she would be, kind , caring , open and honest. Her assistants and the other staff were all very kind and helpful and my schedule from work is never affected. She listened to me and answered every single question and so I am so thankful for her and her staff and I truly trust them to help me take care of my vision.

My first visit to this office was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. What impressed me most was Dr. McPhail’s genuine concern and dedication to ensuring I received a thorough examination. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention provided throughout my visit.
