The entire staff was amazing to work with. I had my 10 year old granddaughter with me and I told Dr. Tacia that he would see her for her appointment in a couple of weeks, and we said that they would just fit her in today. I was very appreciative that they could do that today. Everyone was so patient with my Neurodivergent granddaughter. She picked out 2 pair of glasses all on her own and the staff was very complimentary. I appreciate their service.

Ordered glasses 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 2 weeks and i would receive a call/text. I waited until end of 2 weeks to call and check and they had not come in yet. Told me it would be definitely within the next week. I can understand and appreciate the time of making a quality product but don’t lie to me when I purchase a product. I had to call back yet again at the end of the 3 week mark to find out they were in but didn’t notify me. Then when I went to pick up the glasses the staff were rude and never adjusted the new glasses for me. Glasses look and feel cheap. 👎🏻

I will never go back here again. I have one eye and wanted the best possible vision I could get. My examiner was a trainee, measurement for bifocals was also a trainee. Bifocal location was off on both glasses and had to be sent back. The sun glasses on their fancy zIppered case and the regular glasses in their case. I picked them up. I aaked where the special case was for the sun glasses. It could not be found, having grown legs and walked off. I tried wearing the new glasses only to discover that the bifocal prescription was garbage. I now have 2 pair of very expensive glasses I can't wear. And to add insult to injury to a " missing expensive case ".

Very nice office. Dr. Lark is very easy to chat with and takes time to explain everything. Thankful to have him in our area.

Dr Lark is easy to work with. He listens and works with me to get my best result- doesn’t just tell me what it is. The staff were wonderful from the time I checked in and all the way through to the time I checked out.
