I have been a patient at Carteret Vision Center for as long as I can remember. When ownership changed hands the service didn't change. Every visit has been consistent and pleasurable. I now take my kids here and they love it as well. We will always be under the care of Dr.Christensen and his staff. Thank you guys for all you do for my family! 💙
The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the check-in and throughout the appointment. Eye drops are not easy for me to handle but the lady (wish i remembered her name) had a technique that made it so easy. The testing was thorough, the doctor was clear and knowledgeable. The ladies throughout the process including glasses selection were all wonderful. The check-out was very pleasant, too. Thank you for making my first eye appointment in 10 years so pleasant.
i came to Atlantic beach NC for a 2 week vacation, on only day 4! i had lost my glasses in the ocean😥 i souly use them to see without them the world is a blur, i had tried a bunch of glasses places in the area and since my perception is so tricky they all sent me away.. but then i came across Carteret Vision Center. they came to my rescue, less then 48 hours later i had sight again. and to be honest these last minute glasses feel better on my face rather then the ones the ocean stole from me (and i paid like half the price for these!!!) i am super impressed and amazed with the speed and they kept in touch with me every step of the way !! every person on the team was so nice and so helpful i am beyond grateful!!
This place is awesome! My son's glasses got knocked off by a wave on the first day of our vacation. They were able to get him some new lenses cut, in house, in like 15 min! Wonderful customer service! We are so grateful!
Everyone at this office is so nice and attentive. I explained my issues with my current prescription contacts (from different eye Dr) and I was given several other options. I appreciated not being pressured to make an immediate decision and was encouraged to try things out and call back. I normally hated going to my previous office because my concerns were often dismissed, however, Dr. Rudi validated my concerns and worked to fix my issues. I would highly recommend this office :)
