VISION SOURCE is the only vision company I would put my trust in. For me they are Superior in everyway. The staff are most friendly and professional. The reason they are is because everything starts at the top. Dr. Gray is so Professional and nice that everything flows downward from the top which confirms why they are so good.. Thank you Staff and of course, thank you Dr. Gray, you are phenomenal.
Exceptional service from the moment I called. Front desk was super friendly and got me right in to be seen. Dr. Kay was exceptional and very thorough. Explained everything so well, explained all of my options for treatment. Dr Patterson was great also. Outstanding staff and doctors. Highly recommend
The entire staff is fabulous. They are so kind and considerate plus down to earth and I DO appreciate that! They all make me feel so special ! Dr Angela Gray is DYNAMIC. She explains every step of her examine and gives great instruction and is I feel she is truly concerned about my eyesight! Thanks to the entire group. Including David Butler! David always knows EXACTLY how to adjust my glasses to perfection. Could not ask for a better group to serve my needs!!!
Yesterday my daughter who is 5 had an eye appointment. Front desk staff was friendly. The Lady who was doing her exam wasn’t patient with her at all and got frustrated with her cause she wouldn’t sit still. Then we go in the room with the doctor and then the doctor also gets frustrated with her but yall had us there for almost two hrs!!! What do you expect? The doctor sighed left the room and proceeded to tell us we had to go to Beaufort for there pediatric clinic days. Why didn’t yall tell me that on the phone? And yall said yall took kids but can’t be patient enough with them. Be fr!!
My 95 yr old dad had such a great experience at his Vision Source eye checkup yesterday! We had no wait time. Meghan took him back to exam room as soon as we arrived. As well as being very efficient and explaining every detail of exam, she has an awesome personality! Dr. Patterson, as well, was very caring and explained everything so that Dad could understand. David, the Optician, helped us find just the right pair of glasses for Dad. We will recommend Vision Source to all who are looking for a great eye care provider.
