Cartier Optical

If I had to put a title to this review, it would be “Above & Beyond.” That’s what Ernie did. He went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hands down, I highly recommend Cartier. Everyone there is great and is a family run business, which is refreshing these days. Ernie spent countless hours and many days working with me to try to get my glasses right. Through no fault of Cartier, my glasses came back and I had trouble seeing through them. They were sent back and remade. It was clearly a prescription issue. After a recheck with my Dr, the RX ended up being the same, which didn’t work for me. Ernie worked with me for over an hour with a trial frame putting different lenses in to see what worked best. After narrowing it down, he put new lenses in my glasses for me to try for a while to make sure I was comfortable with them before sending out to be remade. Short story longer, in the meantime, I decided to go to a new Dr and received a new RX that was completely different from my first Dr.. It was almost exact what Ernie tried out for me!!! After working with me for literally 5 months on this 1 pair, I got the new ones back today and they’re perfect! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Thank you Ernie and Cartier!

Every time we go into Creative Optical, it’s a great experience. Whether we’re picking out frames, getting lenses, or having an eye exam, everything is handled professionally and efficiently. What stands out most is the consistency. You get the same level of care and attention every time, which is not always easy to find. The team is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and makes the process simple.

I had a very positive experience at Cartier Optical. Everyone was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took great care and patience fixing my glasses (no other optical place in the area was able to accomplish that!!). I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Cartier Optical. I have been a loyal customer for years and I would never consider going anywhere else. I have had serval issues with my eyes which made it very challenging to get my prescription right, they will go way beyond great customer service to make sure that I am comfortable and happy. They are super friendly and very professional. The entire staff is awesome! I would actually give them a 10!

The Cartier family and staff are seasoned experts with impeccable customer service, and they are easy to work with and fun to share laughs with. In-between exams, I truly appreciate their patience with me when I come in for frame adjustments.
