My glasses, which I did not buy from LensCrafters, had lost the tiniest of screws and were generally overall loose and weak. Stacy replaced the screw and tightened the glasses in all of the necessary places. My glasses are as good as new. There was no charge. Imagine fixing glasses immediately for free when I have not given them any business. I will from now on. Examinations and purchases in the future.
A seemingly small problem of a lost screw to hold the lens in place turned quite complex. I was only in town for the day and needed them fixed. They spent quite a lot of time on them before fixing them. There was no charge. That’s customer service!
Came in for a quick adjustment. Pete was available and worked on both pairs of my glasses. Customer service was amazing and my glasses are clean and adjusted properly.
