Dr. Frazier & surgical staff & staff at Sunrise are amazing. They took such good care of me before & after my Cataract Surgery. They made sure I was comfortable & that my phobia’s were addressed so my surgery was less traumatic. Thank you 😊 all of you. Ashley made sure all of my questions were answered & she made me feel comfortable. Dr. Brian (anesthesiologist) was comforting as well.
Dr. Lam and Jenny are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring every time I come in for an appointment. Jenny is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to share her knowledge and answer any questions. Dr. Lam is thorough, attentive, and never makes you feel rushed during your checkups. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to their patients make every visit a great experience.
I love the Sunrise location! L. Switzer is wonderful! She is kind, thorough and professional. The women at the check in/ out desk are helpful and kind. It’s wonderful to go into an annul skin checkup and all employees exceed expectations. Thank you!
All of the staff are professional and pleasant to work with. This clinic is clean from waiting area to the exam rooms. The front desk employee even call my insurance provider to make sure I didn’t pay full price for an exam. Wonderful people that work at this clinic.
I needed eye care, my first time here, and I observed happy employees, dedicated to their various jobs. My appointment was not rushed, it was through, and meticulous. I have had my eyes checked for new prescriptions, and every one felt like they tried their hardest, to rush me thru, as fast as they could, like there was a bonus on their next check, to move as many people as possible. Not here. Time was taken at every step. I highly recommend Cascade Eye and Skin, for any problem one may have, with either. 5 star treatment! Thank you! Had my pre op meeting today, three different measurement machine, absolutely painless, I'm ready for my first cataract operation on the forth! So looking forward to not seeing "smoke and haze" in my vision! Everyone here is friendly, nice, and extremely through in their job!!
