The entire front desk team always greets us with a smile and worked with us despite the fact that we arrived late due to traffic. Kira A. our CMA, is the most welcoming, compassionate, and understanding staff member. She’s a great listener and always engages in wonderful conversation with my Mom. Our Provider Dr. Muddasani engages with not only Mom but other family members in attendance as well. He is thorough and ensures that we have a complete understanding of our given situation and what to expect going forward. Highly recommend this clinic and their team.

Best doctors visit ever. Perfection from check-in through exit. Staff was efficient, friendly, helpful and had command of the procedure from start to finish. All questions answered and details on post op clear and written instructions sent along with home care kit. Dr. Kim along with Katie made sure the patient was kept throughly informed of each step taking place along with pleasant bedside manner throughout . This, plus snacks and drinks made a MOS operation a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff for anyone needing this procedure, you won't be disappointed. Richard and Barbara

I recently had the best experience with Cascade Eye & Skin Center. From the biopsy and surgery to having my stitches removed I’m so happy I chose them. Everyone from the front office staff to the PA’s were welcoming; kind and attentive at the Bonney Lake office and the surgical center in University Place. I can’t say enough good things about my surgeon, Dr. Kim and her team. I was a little anxious because my growth was just above my eyelid but she thoroughly explained what was going to happen and assured me all would be okay. Both her and her assistant were very supportive and concerned with my comfort throughout the process. All said and done I’m so happy I decided to give Cascade Eye & Skin Center a chance. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at Cascade Skin & Eye for years, and it took me weeks to decide to write this review because I rarely leave negative ones. I went in for a mole check and asked about a small spot on the side of my areola that appeared to be a cyst. I was told it looked benign but could easily be removed with a punch biopsy and a couple of stitches. During that visit, the physician was professional and made me feel comfortable, so I scheduled the procedure. Unfortunately, the procedure itself was a very different experience. I was never offered a gown or drape and had to simply lift my shirt while the physician and a very young male assistant marked the area. After I was numbed, I was left alone in the procedure room with my breast exposed. When the physician returned, he seemed surprised and said, “You must not be modest.” Whether I am or not shouldn’t matter because I was never given the opportunity to preserve my privacy. During the biopsy, as soon as the physician performed the punch, he gasped and immediately asked if I was okay. I looked down and asked, “Am I okay?” since I was completely numb. He replied, seemingly surprised, that there was “a lot of blood” and then admitted he was “not very familiar with breast tissue.” The young assistant immediately stepped in to help control the bleeding, and I gained a great deal of respect for him in that moment. The physician then struggled to place the stitches, saying, “This is either a dull needle or you have dense breast tissue.” At that point, I asked him to stop after one stitch because I no longer felt confident in the procedure. My biggest disappointment wasn’t that the procedure became more difficult than expected. It was the lack of attention to patient dignity and hearing a physician admit, during the procedure, that he wasn’t familiar with breast tissue. As the bills continue to arrive, I’m reminded that I left feeling more like a training opportunity than a patient receiving experienced care. Unfortunately, after years as a patient, I’ll be finding a different dermatology practice.

Dr Dahlhauser is very thorough, clear, patient and empathetic. We appreciate his expert explanations and plans of treatment, and are happy with his continuing care. Additionally, past cataract surgeries were all clearly described and performed successfully. Dr Chen is a cheerful ophthalmologist who patiently and thoroughly explained and then performed a successful surgical procedure. Her follow up care has been exceptional. She too has our complete confidence. Highly recommend both of these respected ophthalmologists. Supporting professional and administrative staffs at Cascade are very helpful and pleasant.
