Although it took a while to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait! What lovely people. Everything was quick and efficient and I felt like I received the best care. I get very anxious about medical appointments and they were so fun and laid back, I quickly felt at ease. Dr. Kim Eckroth is especially awesome.

Great experience at Vision Care Associates. Thank you for giving great patient care and customer service. I was informed and had a great understanding of my eye care and next steps. Dr. Anna Gunn was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very warm and you can tell she cares about her patients. I highly recommend this location in University Place, WA.
I love everybody at this clinic, they make u feel like ur at home. The Dr is so awesome she really cares. I’ve been going over 3 years! No complaints here…
This is, by far, the best eye doctor place I've ever been to. The doctor was so nice (I can't remember her name - but she had shoulder length straight black hair) and explained everything as she was doing it and why she was doing it. And she showed me what my new prescription would be like...I don't think I've ever had an ophthalmologist do that before. They just give me the prescription and I have to hope it's right when I pick up the glasses. And, a lot of places push extra stuff on you that you don't really need, and there is none of that here. Yes, they offer all the bells and whistles if you want them, but there is zero pressure which is really nice because that stuff can be pretty pricy. All the staff is so kind. And I really want to point out the person at the front desk who checks you in, because he even remembered us from the prior year, which was really nice actually. It makes you feel like they appreciate you which makes you appreciate them even more. Just an all around great experience! This was my second visit and I will definitely continue going here as long as my insurance covers them!
This places, great, I've been coming here for years with the kids, but I've recently had to change because they don't have any availability in the late afternoons or weekends. And I work till 430 daily, so unfortunately, I have to leave them after being there for years. Doctors great, though, so if you're looking at em, consider em.
