Julia is wonderful! I brought my crooked glasses in (not purchased from Cascadia Eye) and Julia was so kind and immediately offered to help adjust them and made sure they were perfect before I left. Julia was extremely personable and I could not have had a better experience. I truly cannot express the level of customer service provided and genuine kindness displayed. Definitely will be coming back for my eye exams. Thank you!!

Cascade Eye has excellent staff. From the moment you walk in the door and check in as a new patient they are fast and efficient and courteous. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Maria VanNurden. She was very kind and courteous and the young lady who did my eye exam was also kind and courteous and both were very thorough. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them. They have a great selection of eyeglasses also with great prices. Really appreciate their quality service.

This was my first time at the Mt. Vernon location. The staff were professional friendly and efficient. The practitioner who tested my vision was very patient when I was sometimes unsure which lens option was clearer during her testing of different lens correction options. My doctor was friendly and pleasant. He explained my dry eye condition and taught me how to treat this in a clear manner that was helpful and easy to understand. He also informed me of vision changes, indicating that a new prescription would be helpful because of this. He also discussed my status regarding cataracts, letting me know no surgery is needed. He covered everything needed efficiently and in a kind, friendly manner and also offered to answer any questions I may have had. Excellent job! The waiting areas are aldo aesthetically pleasing and well designed and I enjoyed meeting another pleasant patient while waiting. The only one thing I would suggest for change is they don't explain to us 'Luddite' patients how to get hot water for tea from their fancy Keurig machine. I had my cup and tea ready but didn't know how to get the hot water and there was a used small small carton of coffee left in the machine! At home I just use an electric tea kettle which is very straightforward.. That really is a minor thing as everything overall was great!
