They were extremely kind and patient with me as we all simultaneously came to the realization that I am a 34 year old toddler who no longer knows how to use contacts. Had me set up with the perfect pair of glasses 10 minutes later. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

They removed the orange spray paint off of my non coated glasses!!!! I am amazed Watermelon not included

I thought I would give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. The doctor (Dr. Jebb) is so professional and very nice and helpful. The day I was there it was pretty busy but all the staff was very attentive and friendly. My technicians name was Debbie. She was great. Answered all my answers and I had a lot of them. Also my husbands glasses lost that little screw on the frames and they fixed it and realigned them at no cost. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

The who took my order was really friendly and knowledgeable. When I went to pickup my glasses Christenia was very unknowledgeable!! To adjust my glasses all did was bend them without any heat sounded like the plastic made cracking sound!! I told her I couldn't see far or near! She push glasses and now your vision should be perfect. Needless to say I asked for a refund and went to Costco and ordered my glasses. I have ordered several glasses from them and always had good service! Just went to Walmart because I saw some frames I liked. Won't make that mistake again!!!!
