I absolutely love this place! i have been going here for years and never wanna switch. shannon has always been such a great and amazing help when it comes to my appointments, glasses and overall care of my eyes. i mentioned to her i wanted contacts and she was on top of trying to help do that for me. i really do recommend this place for anyways looking for a new eye doctor!
Dr. Casey Andrus gives an outstanding and thorough exam and really listens to the patient's concerns. I am 75 and have had many eye problems from birth including a blind eye, surgeries, detached retina, cataracts, and more. I have seen many ophthalmologists and optometrists at some of the best eye care hospitals in the country. He ranks very high with me for his care and general knowledge. I have been a patient for 10 years and highly recommend him.
The doctors are great, I’ve been going here for over 20 years. The glasses Techs are very help and know what they’re doing, I never have to go back to get the glasses tweaked to fit better, they get it right the first time. And I love how many glass styles you have to choose from. I am always very well taken care of here.
The standard of care here is the best I've ever experienced at a vision clinic. The staff are friendly, kind, knowledgable and super efficient. The provider, Dr. Andrus, is caring, a skillful communicator, very good at explaining/ teaching. Have chronic migraine which can cause weird neurological symptoms. Dr. Andrus has been helpful with taking extra time to rule out anything involving eyes, optic nerves etc. Grateful for the kindness and skilled care here.
