At first everything was great, service, questions, many choices in frames, different colored lenses, you name it. The 7-10 days was not true. I waited 3 weeks for my 1st pair they said they have not came in, a couple days later I called again and they said oh yeah we've had them for 3 days now... 1st mistake ok whatever not to big of a deal. 2nd pair I waited 23 days had to call them and ask they said "yeah we've had them you should of received a text". Nope never did. I show up the lenses are a different color then I ordered. One lady said they don't make them in dark gray or black but went ahead and ordered brown without my permission? The 2nd person said they do make them in gray or black she claimed the lady that ordered them made a mistake again. Also the lenses had 2 blemishes one on each lense they were spaced out differently. I was told they were made like that, theres no way they would put two little circles in two different spots on the lenses. (Why haven't any of my previous glasses have that? Or the glasses i just received a week ago?) They were not on the edges or the top it was in my eyesight making it look like there was debris on them. They asked if I wanted to send them back and get new ones. I declined I did not want to wait another 23 days or more I will take my business elsewhere.
